CANCELLATION POLICY: 4 hours cancellation notice required for all transfers. 36 hours notice required for all charters. 72 hours notice required during special events, including the period of 24 hours before and after special event.
CHARGES: All charges are inclusive of taxes, tolls, parking and fuel. Gratuities are left to the discretion of each client, unless a prior arrangement has been made. Deposits may be required in advance for certain reservations and will not be refunded if reservation is cancelled. Credit card charges will be processed 48 hours prior to reservation.
DAMAGE AND CLEANING: Any damage, in excess of normal wear and tear, will result in a minimum charge of $200.00. Biohazard cleanup will result in a minimum charge of $300.00. Bella Limo will determine the final cost of cleanup.
UNDERAGE DRINKING PROHIBITED BY FEDERAL LAW and Bella Limo reserves the right to cancel service based on that condition being violated.
PAYMENT: All payments are due 1 business day prior to completion of service unless other advance arrangements are made.
